Lulu is the paid search manager at REI. The program supports direct response and product strategies in addition to brand awareness, engagement and offline goals. Lulu’s been an SEM evangelist at REI for the past couple of years, building the give and take between programs and product buyers, online merchandisers, copywriters and more. She’s also active in the Seattle community, helping to start an in-house SEM working group. When she’s not working she’s playing outside, usually backcountry skiing around the Cascades or cruising on two wheels. Lulu graduated from Tufts University with a degree in International Relations and Economics.
